The holiday flat is located in Sainte-Maxime, just opposite the famous jet-set resort of Saint-Tropez (easily accessible by sea shuttle). In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the big Friday street market. A little further away, but still within easy walking distance, is the daily covered market, several caterers, a variety of restaurants with sea views, the casino and the harbour.
Many picturesque beaches, each different from the next, are within walking distance of the town centre, and others stretch for several kilometres before and after Sainte-Maxime.
Throughout the summer season, there is plenty of entertainment in Sainte-Maxime every evening. Discover this highly sought-after residence, with its swimming pool and free private parking space, secured between two walls in the cool underground garage.
This clean, pleasant, air-conditioned flat is located on the first floor, easily accessible by stairs or lift. From the terrace, you can enjoy a lovely view of the garden and pool (handy for keeping an eye on the children).
Decorated in Provençal style, the 35 m² flat has three fully furnished and equipped rooms for up to 4 people. It has a kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster), a living/dining room, a television, free Wi-Fi via fibre optic, a cabin with two bunk beds for children, a bedroom with a 1.60 m-wide bed, a bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate WC, and a large terrace with garden furniture, extending the living space. A number of features have recently been upgraded.
The flat overlooks the inner garden and the shared 16 x 7 m swimming pool, which is open from May to September. Entertainment is provided in July and August. A more detailed description in French can be sent on request.
ACCESS BY CAR
From Lyon: A7 motorway towards Marseille, then A8 towards Nice. Exit at Sainte-Maxime (30 minutes after the exit via the dual carriageway).

BY PLANE
Nice airport (1 hour away). Tram to the station, then train to Saint-Raphaël or Fréjus, then bus to Sainte-Maxime. Private transfers are also available from Nice to Sainte-Maxime or from Saint-Raphaël to Sainte-Maxime.
BY TRAIN
From Lyon or Strasbourg: TGV to Les Arcs-Draguignan, then taxi or private transfer to Sainte-Maxime (40 minutes).
