Enjoy a dream vacation on the Côte d'Azur! Villa Golf Azur, built in Provençal style, is located in a very quiet area in a prime residential location (domaine privé) on a well-maintained golf course. You will find a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the private, secluded pool. Please note: The pool cannot be used from November to April. The villa accommodates up to six people in spacious bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. Thanks to air conditioning in all rooms, the house stays pleasantly cool even in midsummer.
The villa, with 103 m² of living space, is situated on a well-kept plot of about 1,000 m² with pine trees, oleanders and various ornamental plants. In addition to the living room with fireplace, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of six sleeping places, three bathrooms with shower or bathtub, a covered terrace and a heated pool (8.00 x 4.50 m). Furthermore, international satellite TV (including all German channels), free Wi-Fi and a Bose soundbar are available. Golfers can use the available golf club sets free of charge (1x men’s, 1x women’s). The beautiful beaches can be reached in just ten minutes by car. Pets are not allowed in the house or only permitted upon prior arrangement.
