Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (SENSEO) extra) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 50 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
