Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. View of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 16 (fenced 1 car). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
