This holiday flat is 45 m² in size. It is located on the first floor facing south towards the sea and can accommodate three people. The flat is flooded with light from the large, floor-to-ceiling windows, in front of which the dining area is located. This means you can enjoy the fantastic view of the blue sea while eating breakfast. Two steps lead from the dining area to the adjoining seating area with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Behind this is the open, well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into another bed. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bathtub with shower.

The living room has direct access via the window front to the balcony in front with a breathtaking view.
