The holiday home "Evida" was newly built in 2020. It is located in Porec, a tourist town in Istria.

The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, toilet, living room and kitchen.On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats and a toilet.One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs.

In the courtyard there is a terrace with a patio table and 8 seats.There is also a 32m2 private pool, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and 2 parasols.

The holiday home "Evida" has a twin sister called "Ferienhaus Luca", 50 m away.

Poreč is a small tourist town in western Istria. A shop is 400 m from the house and the "Meduza" restaurant is 1 km away. The Špadići beach is only 1.5 km from the house.Larger cities like Pula and Rovinj are 60 km and 37 km away, respectively.
