Modern Villa Mare Exclusive is located on the edge of the suburb of Spadici near Porec, only 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the town centre. The villa (semi-detached house) has a fenced plot with a wonderful 50m2 infinity pool, sunbeds, covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge set. The speciality of the house is the enchanting sea view from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors so that you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. Thanks to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home for a holiday in Porec, relaxing in peace and quiet but at the same time only 10 minutes walk to the beach, shop, restaurant and other leisure facilities. The landlord occasionally lives in the other half of the house, but the garden and pool area are for exclusive use.
Villa Mare Exclusive is a holiday home with pool of 200 sqm on three luxurious and designer furnished floors. The ground floor includes the living room with fireplace and plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace above the wonderful pool. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC and satellite TV and on the second floor there is another double bedroom with its own special wellness bathroom from which you can enjoy the sunset through the glass wall.
Thanks to the large glass surfaces this villa offers a marvellous view from all rooms. On the ground floor there is a small gym with satellite TV.
The pool is heated outside the summer season.
