Description

Holiday house Carla is located in a quiet neighbourhood Cimizin, only 10 minutes walk from the beach Pical and about 900m from the old town of Porec. The house was renovated (2023.) and is situated on its own 250m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with barbecue and garden furniture is for private use.
The holiday home Carla offers space for 2-4 people and is spread over 125m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious air-conditioned living room with access to a terrace with seating and a garden, which also has seating, a barbecue, a bench and sun loungers, as well as a bathroom with a shower/WC.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them air-conditioned with a double bed and access to a balcony with sofa and seating set, and one with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway.
Wireless internet and air conditioning are available and included in the price.
The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests.
Pets are welcome.
Youth groups are not allowed.
