Villa Elite 2 is a modern villa in Pula near the sea with a private pool. The villa can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms. It is a semi-detached house and shares a wall with its sister villa Elite 2. Both villas Elite 1 and Elite 2 share the fully enclosed garden, but each villa is a self-sufficient holiday home and has its own swimming pool, terrace and two parking spaces. Elite 1 is located in the front yard area. There is a private pool and sun loungers in the garden. So take advantage of this and swim to cool off during the day and then relax on the lounge chairs. Enjoy the sun for the perfect tan with a cold drink in hand. Use the barbecue in the garden to prepare fantastic meals which you can then enjoy with your family and friends in the covered outdoor dining area. There is a children's playground behind the house, which is in the shade during the day and where your children can play carefree. The villa has a spacious, light and airy ground floor with a living room, dining area and kitchen. An additional bathroom is available here. The living area offers all guests enough space to enjoy their time together, for example by watching your favorite sports team at an important game on TV or singing your favorite hits on the karaoke machine as an entertaining activity. On the first floor of the villa there are four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, as well as a large terrace - the perfect place for that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning while the sun rises over the region. Villa Elite 1 is located on the outskirts of Pula, so you can easily walk to the nearby beach or explore many of the city's old sights. Pula offers a rich gastronomic scene. If you are a foodie you have plenty of restaurants to choose from.
