Not far from the beautiful Adriatic Sea, the lovingly detailed holiday home Ivana is located. The owner has spared no effort to offer her guests a pleasant vacation. The holiday home provides numerous leisure and relaxation facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a total of 2 bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed, this modern holiday home can accommodate 5 guests.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a separate toilet, a bathroom, and 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a TV and air conditioning. An indoor staircase leads to the roof terrace where the centerpiece of the property, a heated Jacuzzi, awaits you, along with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a dining table. The panoramic view from the roof terrace is an oasis of relaxation. In the partially fenced property, there is also a wood-charcoal grill with a dining table for cozy barbecue evenings. For our little guests, a children's playground is available on the large property, as well as bicycles for exploring the quiet area.

In the small annex, long-term tenants live who do not have access to the outdoor area, ensuring your privacy is protected.
