The modern Villa Ema&Ana is located in a tourist resort in Pula, in an excellent location – shops and the beach are just a short walk away, and the popular resort of Medulin can be reached in only a few minutes by car.

This beautiful villa consists of two separate, fully equipped residential units with identical layouts, which are rented together as one property. This arrangement makes it the perfect choice for two families wishing to spend their holiday together while still maintaining privacy.

The villa is spread over two floors:

The ground floor features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and an additional guest WC. The living room opens onto a terrace with a dining table and gas grill.

Around the pool you will find sun loungers and umbrellas, and for our youngest guests there is a trampoline.

On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a bathroom and a guest WC, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two.

The entire villa is air-conditioned, and private parking spaces are available within the fully fenced property.
