Extremely luxurious and spacious Villa Aquarius is a place for a dream vacation. This beautiful villa is located in Istria, not far from Pula in a truly peaceful Mediterranean environment. The beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the greenery of Istria will surely leave you speechless.

The villa is ideal for a family vacation, and the extremely spacious maximum capacity is 14 people. The villa is modernly designed and provides luxury for its visitors. There are 7 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. There is another extra bathroom, an extra bed, and a baby cot. Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room for 14 people. There is also a spacious modern living room with an indoor fireplace.

The exterior of the villa is dominated by a 52 m2 swimming pool. The yard is completely fenced, so you can carelessly go out and catch a tan on the loungers. For those who like to enjoy the food in the fresh air, there is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area, as well as a barbecue. Furthermore, a carefully tended garden, orchard, outdoor shower, and table football await you.

Beautiful Istria always delights with beautiful nature and sights, so we recommend hiking, exploring cities, or discovering new beaches. The nearest beach is 1.5 km from the villa, not far from you have a shop and restaurant. The center of Pula is also 1.5 km away and there you can witness the rich history of this area
