Description

The holiday flat is located in a side street of a quiet, purely residential area near the Marina Veruda marina.

The balcony, which extends across the entire width of the house, can be accessed from both the living and dining areas and is furnished with a garden table and chairs. The fenced plot is planted with palm trees, olive trees, fig trees and other Mediterranean plants and is approx. 480m² in size and offers a large barbecue area with seating. Shady parking spaces for approx. 4-5 cars are also available.

The flat has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room is visually separated from the cooking and dining area by a round arch and offers additional sleeping accommodation for two people in the form of a sofa bed (approx. 160 x 200cm).
