Single-family house "Natura", 2 storeys. Above Ičići, in the hamlet Puhari 9 km from the centre of Lovran, 8 km from the centre of Ičići, 9 km from the centre of Opatija, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 4'200 m2, lawn and trees, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, trampoline, washing machine.
