A completely detached holiday villa with a sea view in Opatija, with a private pool, jacuzzi and garden. Located on the Opatija Riviera, below the Učka Nature Park, at 300 meters above sea level, the villa offers privacy, a perfect place for relaxation or an active holiday. The villa and its 1500 m2 garden offer a beautiful view of the sea, the Kvarner Bay, the islands of Krk and Cres and the Istrian coast.
There is also a private parking lot. The swimming pool has a sea view, night light, swimming jet and massage jets. There is an outdoor shower right next to the pool. The pool is heated when the temperatures are lower.

The villa is spread over the ground floor and 2 floors, free internet is available.
Ground floor - kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room, spacious outdoor terrace with fireplace-barbecue.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and sea view and a large terrace.
Second floor: Jacuzzi and relaxation area, terrace with a beautiful view will make your vacation complete. For those who prefer to exercise, a small fitness studio is available - equipment for stretching and strengthening the body.

A car is needed from this location to go to the market or to the beach. Within a radius of 2 to 10 kilometers there are shops, restaurants, and beaches. We are located in the rural part of Opatija, so parties are not allowed.
For recreation, there is table tennis in the yard and for children there is a trampoline and swings.
