This holiday apartment with a terrace is on the second floor of the detached villa and affords a beautiful view of the sea from the 12m² terrace. The apartment was built in 2016 to four-star standards.
The apartment is suitable for two adults with an additional sofa bed for two children, but it is also possible to rent an additional room with a double bed and its own bathroom for four adults. Please make a separate request if you are interested in the extra room.
The interior provides 70m² of living space comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining space with a kitchen, a 5m² shower room, an extra WC and a large private terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a kingsize double bed with one large mattress (180x200cm) and a three-door wardrobe with ample storage space for your luggage. You can relax in the living room on the three-seater sofa and be entertained in the evening by the 80cm LCD TV with a satellite receiver. Free wireless Internet access is available and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen enables self-catering with a four-ring hob, a coffee machine, a microwave and a large fridge and freezer, as well as kettle. There is also a dining table. The shower room with a modern design is fitted with a 90 x 90cm shower, a washbasin with a wall cupboard and mirror, and a WC. There is also a second separate WC with a washbasin.
The furnished balcony is ideal for meals together outdoors.
