Rustic chalet "Gallina". Above Sarigo 2.5 km from the centre of Castelveccana, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees. 750 m long narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Width of access road: 200 cm. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars). Supermarket 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 3.5 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 10 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 3.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia. The access road is 200 cm wide and 2m high in some places. It cannot be accessed with vans and campers.
