Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Natural stone floors. Terrace, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 with trees, meadow. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds. 50 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 50 m on the premises.
