This holiday flat is located in a quiet old quarter in the historic centre of Domaso, a tourist resort on the western shore of Lake Como.

There is a lift.

The approx. 35 m² flat is located on the second floor of an old three-storey house, which has been completely renovated. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed and (satellite) TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer. There is also a wireless internet connection (WLAN).

In the vicinity of the flat you will find bars, restaurants, shops, banks and a bus and boat stop. The lakeside promenade is also close to the flat. The distance to the river and the beach is approximately 350 m. From here, a pedestrian and bicycle path leads to the northernmost point of the country. It is also possible to rent a boat or enjoy the view from the terraces of several restaurants located directly on the lake. There are numerous opportunities for water sports, including: B. Windsurfing, sailing, etc. You can also go hiking in the mountains, either alone or accompanied by mountain guides. Visit places on the lake such as: B. Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo or cities of art such as Bergamo, Como and Milan. Also visit the nearby Valtellina, the largest valley in the Alps. The cantons of Ticino and Graubünden in Switzerland are also within easy reach, with well-known resorts such as St. Moritz, Lugano, Locarno, etc.
