An 18th-century farmhouse with typical Sienese architecture, located in the countryside near the historic village of Basciano. The location is ideal to reach the Chianti region in a few minutes and at the same time enjoy the amenities and cultural interests offered by the city of Siena (6 km away). Very quiet area with the possibility of walks in the surroundings.
In the property there are three holiday flats, independent (Main Apartment, Studio and Restored Barn), recently renovated and fully equipped. Each unit has its own entrance and its own private terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the guests of the three units.
Main Apartment (140 m2, up to 7 persons) on three floors. Accessed from the property courtyard, with two large glass doors. Large living room with typical Sienese arches, divided into a living area with armchairs and sofas, and on the other side a kitchen and dining room. The living room leads to the upper floor. A corridor leads in order to a double bedroom with king-size bed, with ensuite bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Continuing from the corridor, there is access to second bedroom with two single beds (double bed possible). Second bathroom with toilet and shower cabin.

In the courtyard, a large reserved area with a designer and comfortable garden table and chairs, with sun umbrella and barbecue available. At the swimming pool, a stone-floored terrace houses a beautiful pergola with table, chairs and numerous sun loungers. Outdoor shower.
