1-room terraced house 20 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with veranda with 1 bed, 1 double bed and TV. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette (2 hot plates). Shower/WC. Electric heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Terrace furniture. Facilities: hair dryer. Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: fridge without freezer. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only IT. The kitchen area is located in the private veranda/loggia area (outside) and has a kitchen corner with 2 hobs and a small fridge.

Holiday village "Gineprino". In the resort Marina di Bibbona, 5 km from the centre of Bibbona, 600 m from the sea, located by a road. For shared use: park 3 ha (fenced), natural garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 19.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, WiFi, shopping facilities, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available (extra). Parking at 100 m on the premises. Sandy beach 800 m. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 5 km, Cecina 10 km, Castagneto Carducci 15 km, Vada 20 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
