The'attico si trova in una villetta in Località Boncore, in luogo ridente, verde e soleggiato, circondata da un bel giardino privato valorizzato dalla posizione strategica in quanto l’area marina protetta di Porto Cesareo, con ben 17 km di spiagge dorate, a circa 1 km dal mare.

L'flat is 35 square metres with a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, possibility of eating outside, independent garden and private parking space, we can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Torre Lapillo or San Tommaso is a hamlet in the municipality of Porto Cesareo, located on the Ionian Sea.
It is characterised by the presence of many beaches and sandy shores that extend northwards for about 7/8 km as far as the beautiful Punta Prosciutto peninsula that marks the border of the province of Lecce with that of Taranto.
From the centre of Torre Lapillo it is possible to walk to the centre and to the nearest lidos (Lido Max, Lido La Pineta, Bahia Del Sol etc).
By car, in a few minutes about 1.5 km away, you can reach the less crowded lidos on the north coast such as Lido delle Sirene, Baron Beach, Lido degli Angeli, Bonavista, Samanà and many others.

Possibility of free use of bicycles and agreement with boat hire for excursions and more. The flat is equipped with every comfort. It is in a residential area with several detached houses in the surrounding area and therefore enjoys particular tranquillity.
