The villa is part of a small family run holiday resort and there are further houses and holiday apartments on the complex.

There is a veranda with sea view where one can enjoy a meal. Furthermore you will find a fenced car park, a garden, barbecue, playground and swimming pool for children.

The house is at ground level. It offers a bedroom with double bed. Furthermore there is a kitchenette in the living room as well as a TV. The bathroom has a shower. The washing machine with coin slot is also available.

The house is about 1.5 kilometres from Peschici and the beach. Beyond this one will find a number of other beaches in the proximity and all can easily be reached some of which are sand beaches that are free as well as served. Peschici as a tourist destination is famous for its clean water, caves and sandy beaches. Umbra forest is also not far away as well as Isole Tremiti, Monte Sant Angelo and San Giovanni Rotondo. A restaurant is about 200 metres away and you can shop in close by Peschici.
