The Le Fontane residence is located in Villasimius, a resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterised by long beaches of fine, white sand and crystal-clear sea with a sloping seabed. Thanks to its location, one can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.

The flats are located on the 1st or 2nd floor, and have balconies equipped with tables and chairs. The two-room flat for 4 persons consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double room (beds can be separated) and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will also find everything you need: air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchenette, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request, washing machine. A parasol is also available for you to take to the beach. The first supply of towels and bed linen is included.
Reception is open daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20.00 it is mandatory to inform us in advance, otherwise check-in is not guaranteed and a surcharge may be applied. Check-out is by 10 a.m.
Pets are allowed in our property (to be notified at the time of booking) and a surcharge is payable locally.

Villasimius not only offers numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, picturesque shops and typical restaurants where you can enjoy traditional specialities and excellent local wines. The hotel is located a short distance (10/15 minutes' walk) from the town centre and Simius beach is only 2.5 km away. Cagliari airport and port are about 50 km away.
