The apartment is in the first floor of a building that is in a private condo. The condo is composed of villas and apartment blocks. The buildings are close to the main road and the villas by the swimming pool. there is no lift! Located in a quiet area, far away from the crowdy and noisy streets of the Golden Beach \"Strip\", but still close enough to get there in a 2-3 minutes walk. There are two beaches at a walking distance, the Aveiros at 350 m and the Oura Beach at 600 meters. NOTE: This is an apartment and not a Villa! The apartment is in the second line from the swimming pool and not with pool view at all, anyway is it a fantastic apartment.

The apartment has 2 double bed and 1 twin bedroom, a spacious living room mixed with dining room, fully fitted kitchen and balconies. The A/C is in the bedrooms and living/dining room, so that you can enjoy the Winter or Summer time as you please better.The apartment is not close to the swimming pool, but behind a line of villas of the condo. Just across the main street of the condo, you'll find small shops, restaurants and pubs. As you turn right and walk 500m you will in the heart of "the strip", with the famous bars: wild and co, matt's, la bamba,

The apartment is inside a small resort with a few Villas that share a common swimming pool. The swimming pool area has a very wide adult´s swimming pool and circle like Children´s swimming pool. The resort is full of green ares where children can play without the harass of strangers or cars.
