It is located within a few minutes’ from the beach "Falesia" and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping stores and supermarkets are all at a short driving and walking distance
Excellent private villa with 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8/10 people (possibility to put 2 extra beds).
On the ground floor is the kitchen typically "Algarvian Style", contains everything you need for your daily meals. The en-suite bedroom has a double bed with air conditioning. The living/dinning room has an exit / entrance direct to the swimming pool (9mx4,20) and a garden.
The first floor is occupied by three bedrooms, one is en-suite with a bathroom and twin beds, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These two last rooms share a bathroom between them. All rooms have air conditioning, this makes your stay pleasant all year round.
Outside the villa with private swimming pool, BBQ area, pool/snooker table, a garden and a parking area for 2 cars.
The entrance of the villa area is closed with a electronic device.
For Only 2/3 minute walk you can find plenty of local restaurants nearby, pharmacy, supermarket,Bus/taxi stop.
Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.
The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia - miles of sandy beach, with a backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine-trees - which runs for miles, almost all the way to Vilamoura.Car rental is by no means necessary, unless perhaps you want to go to the beach everyday or you really want to explore the Algarve during your holiday.
For the small trips a taxi or a bus is very handy and not so expensive!
