Costabravaforrent Ricardell is located in the area of Riells de Dalt, 700 metres from Riells beach and 3000 metres from Cala Montgó beach. This area is residential and quiet. The house faces south and is very sunny. In this direction, 600 metres away, we reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where we will find different rural paths, in the middle of Mediterranean vegetation, to go for a walk or a bike ride.

Costabravaforrent Ricardell has four double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. The living room and the dining room overlook the terrace and the swimming pool. In the living room there is a sofa. The dining room has capacity for 8 people. There are two bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The surface area of the house is 120 m² on two floors, with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The property is 300 m². On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (all of them with AC), one of them with a small terrace, and a bathroom. It is totally exterior and very sunny.

The house has a terrace, with a dining table for 8 people, a 6x3 private swimming pool and a garden area surrounding part of it. There is a private garage for two cars.
