The flat has a surface area of 110m2 spread over two floors with a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the main entrance, a hallway, a double bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, a suite with access to the terrace and complete bathroom with bathtub, the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace. In front of the flat is the Club Nàutic de l'Escala where you can book all kinds of nautical activities for families and children (windsurfing, dinghy sailing, paddle surfing, kayaking, water skiing, boat trips, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving that will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed for you.
