As soon as you enter the house, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea. As you go down one floor, you will find on your right the dining room with an oak table for 12 people, then the living room with its sofas and big screen TV. On the left there is a toilet and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, and a dining table. All the rooms have sea views and direct access to the terrace of over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this space facing the sea. The swimming pool is to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers allow you to enjoy the space around the pool.

Casa Emnitan is located in a quiet, secluded area of around ten villas. Access is via a single road that links Sa Riera beach to Aiguafreda. The villa is in a cul-de-sac with another villa. From Casa Emnitan, you can take the path that runs alongside the sea to Sa Riera on one side and Aiguafreda on the other.

All rooms have a sea view, and there is an office area with a screen and printer.
