Small terrace 5 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 105. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
