Upper floor: (steep stair) walk-through room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 3 (1 car). Please note: parking space for small car only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
