Terrace 8 m2, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: apartment carpark side. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
