Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC. 1 children's room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 140 cm with curtain, rooflight with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Small patio 12 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Residence "L'Hacienda". In the district of Ayguades, 3 km from the centre of Gruissan, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 19.Jun. - 12.Sep.). Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km.
