WC. No heating option. Upper floor: gallery, ceiling height 150 - 180 cm, window onto the courtyard with 2 beds (80 cm). Terrace, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
