Villa "Luana", 400 m a.s.l., detached, renovated in 2006. In the hamlet Ruota 18 km from the centre of Lucca, 30 km from the centre of Pisa, 70 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea. Private: garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 100 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr..
