Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Oil heating. 2 terraces covered. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Only access to shower/WC from the outside.

Country house "Buratto". 14 km from the centre of Lucca, 3.5 km from the centre of San Martino in Freddana, 1.2 km from the centre of Monsagrati, in a secluded position on a slope, 22 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden, swimming pool (above ground) (9 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 03.Oct.). 1.2 km long steep motor access (via unmade road).
