It stands on a small hill on the outskirts of the town about 2 km from the centre of Vieste and is surrounded by numerous beaches, which can be reached on foot with a lovely walk through nature, or by car in less than 5 minutes.
The newly built residence has 4 units, of which no. 1 is as follows::
-Apartment of approx. 110 sq m, sleeps 11, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, an American kitchen with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and the other with bathtub.

The flat has its own uncovered outdoor terrace, equipped with table and chairs, for your outdoor dining with a panoramic view!

An important quality of the house is its location, in a quiet area for those on holiday looking for absolute relaxation, but from which you can easily reach a beautiful cave that serves as a pizzeria bar pub and disco, the many beaches of the place, and only 200mt market, greengrocer, bakery and bus stop!
